Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My white blood count has stayed above 10 for over a year (between 15-30). I just had a bone marrow biopsy and aspiration. I only have my cbc results right now but can you interpret? Neutrophils 8.8, Monocytes 0.79, Immature neutrophils.03, Immature granulocytes 0.20. (These were all the higher than standard)
It would be of great benefit for me to interpret if you have mentioned the exact values of your CBC report. Also I need to know regarding the platelets and hemoglobin levels of your blood along with peripheral blood film. Your doctor did the right thing to went for bone marrowbiopsy. Thing are going to be much clearer after biopsy report.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
