What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, I was diagnosed with CSF leak and I was requested to do a CT scan. What does Bilateral ethmoidal and maxillary diffuse mucoperiosteal inflammatory reaction with complete opacification of the right maxillary sinus, occluding the right osteomeatal complex mean?

Hello

These findings means that the right maxillary sinus is completely obstructed and needs probably to be open by surgery. However for this you need to see an ENT doctor
