What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

I had a CT scan recently, with contrast, There is a simple 20x 8 mm ,anterior right lower renal pole cyst, mild left upper renal pole caliectasis and a dominant 6.9 cm left lower renal pole cyst, I also have a tiny cyst in the posterior right liver.

These cysts are non-significant and do not indicate any active disease condition. No definite treatment is required either. Only close follow up is required.
