What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

I recently had CT scan for of chest for a fall, but it showed lung nodules upper right libe non calcified and ground glass opacity and suspicious- size 1.1,and 1.3 cm. Radiologist said possible neoplasm and suggested pulmonary consult which have in 10!days for possible Pet scan. Now have swollen node near upper rib cage and right breast. Should I be worried about possible cancer diagnosis? I am 72, smoked in past, and lived in third world country for 10 years.
