welcome to hcm
..as ct scan head and eeg is normal
i suggest that he should be ascessed for blood pressure especially orthostatic hypotension
i suugest complete blood test in similar vague symptom cases as liver function test ...kidney function test and serum calcium ..serum potassium or serum sodium
i think you will find clue in these tests
if you have any further query then you come back to hcm i will definitely help you
with regards dr varinder joshi
