Retained secretion also noted in the sphenoid sinus The bony outlines paranasal sinuses appear intact. No obvious bone erosion or destruction is seen. The crista galli and cribriform plates appear normal. CT scan of paranasal sinuses reveals Right sinonasal polyposis inflammatory disease blocking the right O-M complex Deviation of nasal septum towards the left with nasal spur seen indenting on the left inferior turbinate.
