What Does My CT Scan Test Result Indicate?

I have had this swelling in my right thyroid area and had a CT scan yesterday. The report said Few enlarged lymphnodes are noted in the bilateral upper cervical region, ranging in size from 10 to 20mm with hilar fat and homogeneous enhancement - suggestive of reactionary lymphadenopathy I am yet check with my doctor this evening. Any one here knows what does it mean?

Reactionary lymphedinopathy could be secondary to acute or chronic infection which could be due to viral or bacterial organisms. So you need explain any other symptoms or signs of infection are there which you see and accordingly management can be progressed.
