What Does My ECG Report Indicate?

My heart flutter suddenly and When I get burping I feel relieved I am a HT patient. I have in echocardiogram they say I have grade1diastole dysfunction.I am aged 70.I take all medicines.I think I am suffering from gastritis.and heavy heart palpitations is not due to heart problem.AmI correct?

Thanks for the query.
The pumping action of the heart is on the lower side and drugs like inotropes may be required.
Once the pumping action is low, it can cause palpitations especially on exertion like climbing stairs.
Nothing much to worry and your treatment is in the right track.
