Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Could you tell me whether this ecig is normal please? Vent rate 106bpm, pr interval 140ms, qrs duration 92ms, qt/qtc 332/441 ms, prt 15 -3 24. I had another ecg a few months ago that showed reduced voltage criteria for lvh and a perfusion scan in 2014 that highlighted fixed basal defect and short inferior wall - I was told this was breast tissue. I still have cardiac symptoms (chest pain) which I manage as best I can (avoiding exertion) but I also have regular palpating and skipped beats. I m a 39 year old female, otherwise fit and healthy
This is apparently a normal ECG report. But since you have persistent symptoms with missed beats, better to get done the detailed cardiac evaluation.
So get done Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of Ecg), 2d echo, TMT (trade mill test) and coronary angiography. If all these are normal then no need to worry about heart diseases.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Kaushal Bhavsar, Pulmonologist
