What Does My ECG Report Indicate?

Hello i had a recent ECG and the results were as follows -the impression abnormal, incomplete right bundle branch block , St Elev, probable normal early repol pattern, Borderline T abnormalities inferior leads . I am super athletic and have been so since I was a teenager so wondering why am I getting dizzy these days?

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible myocardial infarction. Additional investigations like tropI and echo test might be required.
