What Does My ECG Test Report Indicate?

I am 65 yrs old, have occasional palpitations. ECG shows short PR interval (104), QRSD 99, QTc 422, Axis, P -22 QRS 70, T 60. Cardiologist has said no further investigations, ECG is normal. I can see that it is not quite normal - should I take further action? Thank you.
