What Does My ECG Test Report Mean?

I am 28 years old male. Due to sudden abnormal BP Doctor recommended ECG test which shows: Sinus rhythm normal ECG, Unconfirmed diagnosis. what does it means? Vent. rate 72bpm, PR interval 124ms, QRS duration 92ms, QT/QTC interval 370/391ms, p/QRS/T axes 37/37/24 deg. Please explain?

This is basically a normal ECG which doesn't reveal any cardiac abnormalities. All the details are within normal limits
