hi
i have gone through your echo report. before commenting your echo report it is important to know age & any other systemic diseases your having(diabetes, high blood pressure).this Grade I LV DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION can be considered as normal if you are more than 45y and in the presence of diseases like diabetes mellitus. if you are young and active persons needs further evaluation for heart diseases.
regarding your thyroid function (TSH 7.3) this is considered as subclinical hypothyroidism which needs further clinical evaluation by your physician.
thank you
with best regards
vasundhara
