General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You had mini strokes that may be related to ASD. Now, ASD is detected by echocardiography.
So, it may be small and was missed. After repair of defect, please again get ECG done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Varinder Joshi
