What Does My HSG Result Mean With Multiple Filling Defects In The Lower Uterine Segment But Both Fallopian Tubes Patent With Free Spill?

My HSG test rusult show the pelvic bones and cavity are within normal limit the cervical canal is grossly normal.there are multiple filling defects seen in the lower uterus segment examples air bubbles adhesion both the follopian tubes show normal caliber with free peritoneal spillages of contract bilateral patent tubes.
