What Does My HSG Test Result Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I did HSG test and my result are as follows; 1. Uterus is elongated and capacious with some filling defects within it. 2. Outline is irregular and cervix is also elongated. 3. Right fallopian tube is not outlined or opacified. 4. Left fallopian tube is well outlined with free spillage. 5. Intraperitoneal pool of contrast shows no loculations.can I get pregnant with this result,kindly explain

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The following things can be inferred from the HSG report you have posted:
1. Uterus is elongated and since it shows some filling defects, there could be some inflammatory activity in it.
2. Since the outline of the uterus is irregular and cervix is elongated, it states there could be presence of some mass in the uterine muscles.
3. Right Fallopian tube is not outlined or opacified states that there is blockage on the right side tube. However, left Fallopian tube is patent as it shows outline and free spillage.
4. The parts by the side of the uterus appears to be normal.
Since the report indicates there is some lesions present in the uyerus and there is a block on one side if the tube, pregnancy at this stage might be difficult.
You need to undergo further investigation for the cause of your uterine lesions and get treated accordingly. Kindly consult Gynecologist for opinion and management.
