What Does My MRI Report Indicate?

I have my MRI report. Nothing really seems wrong with the reports but , I have pain allthe time.. The only thing report says negative is MILD loss of disc hydration in L3-4. Could this explain the pain... If not, would thE MRI show something wrong with the muscles, or is that yet ANOTHER test?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, spinal cord is highly vulnerable to disease and pain could be due to this only even this is not marked lesion still it could cause pain and this need to be taken care and need to be managed accordingly, some time physiotherapy would be nice for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
