Hello,

The altered intensity with signals at sacral region may be part of underlying vascular insufficiency, mineralization , distant mets issue or else. Kindly share your detailed history, MRI plates with X-ray images and supportive documents of evaluation done at doc office for further co relation and guidelines in accordance to that.
