I just had a MRI of the Brian and the results indicated:mild ischemic changes or nonspecfic demyelination in the subcortical white matter of the frontal and parietal lobes and left temproal lobe, as described. No evidence fo acute intracranial process is identified.
White matter ischemic changes(decreased blood supply)typically involves small blood vessels. However demyelination, lyme disease, post traumatic changes should also be ruled out with follow up scan. You need monitoring of conditions that leads to ischemic changes like hypertension, altered lipid profile, diabetes mellitus. You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile, ultrasound of abdomen. If there is any more physical problems then it should be treated.
Get well soon. Hope i have answered your query.
