Hi
I have gone through your report
Intervertebral disc is seen bitween vertebra.as age increases disc is going to bulge diffusely or focally called protrusion /extrusion or diffuse bulge with further focal bulge.in our case there is diffuse bulge with left posterolateral protrusion causing more of narrowing at left exiting nerve root canal.so symptoms may be more severe on left.
usually central canal stenosis is due to disc bulge with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy.there is no canal stenosis for you.rest of the findings are normal.
Thank you
With best regards
Vasundhara
