Hello

Dizziness may be due to many causes like hypertension, internal ear problem, spondylotic changes in cervical spine, metabolic disorder etc.
Your father need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
It is good that MRI findings are normal.
He may need detail examination by a ENT specialist for ear problem.
He may also need routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver and renal function test, urine RE/ME,X-ray cervical spine(AP/Lateral view).
Treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
