What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, my name is naseem. I'm 24 years old.one month ago I have met with an accident. my cervical spine mri report findings are mild spondylosis with loss of lordosis and mild disc bulges at c3, c4, c5, c6 causing mild thecal sac indentation. .plz suggest the treatment I have to go.

Hi
I have gone through yyour mri report findings. As for mri , no active treatment is needed.this loss of lordosis wil be there if you keep your neck straight means it may be positional.this mild disc bulges dont need treatment.if you are having severe pain its better to take analgesics to releive muscle spasm.take Tab combiflam bd .apply spray/ gel like hifenac to get releif from pain.
