What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Hi this is my MRI Report please more Explain to me T Is there a problem and Should I Be Concerned? Right Knee Joint MRI: Medial and lateral menisci have normal shape and signal intensities. There is subtle increased T2W & TRIM SI of ACL suspicious for sprain. PCL , MCL , LCL and patellar tendon appear normal. Visualized bones and muscles have normal signal intensities. There is extra-articular edema and moderate knee joint effusion

Hello
Basically, you have sprained the anterior collateral ligament inside your knee and the edema--the fluid seen--is from the inflammation that accompanies a sprained joint. This should resolve itself with rest, heat, and anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen.
