What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My MRI reports - Brain: Interval development of T2 lesion in the right lateral pontomedullary junction. Otherwise stable hyerintense T2/Flair signal lesions within the supratentorial and infratentorial brain, involving the corpus callosum. There are foci of enhancing lesions within the bilateral centrum semiovale/corona radiate along the periventricular lesions. What does this mean?

You have some lesion in your brain and it could be anything as the report doesn’t mention exactly what it is. You should work with your neurosurgeon as to what it can be.
