What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, I am a 27 year female I just got discharged from the hospital last night on an MRI of my cervical spine they found 2 enlarged lymph nodes, one measures 1.6 CM and the other at 1.8 CM, my doctor is now sending me for a soft tissue neck catscan to rule out lymphoma, my white blood count is elevated and I am very worried about this, can someone give me answers ?

please undergo this scan i would also suggest a lymph node biopsy i hope this is not the diagnosis but every thing will be based on the biopsy report
