What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

I just had an MRI on my abdomen checking in cysts in Pancreaous and liver, no change since last April. Then I had Chinese food, fried pork rice, spring roll, I have had diarrhea since Saturday night, also stomach is distended and very painful. Do I have IBS-D?

According to your complain you have problem of diarrhea and abdominal problems that may be because of gastroenteritis problem.
In Irritable bowel syndrom change a stool consistent and frequency both.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful for detect a infection .
