What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, my friend 26 female has severe backpain. As Dr suggested took MRI scan. Report as follows Focal bone edema is seen in D7 vertebral body(L3,L5,S1) Endplate osteolysis present in superior aspect of D7 vertebral body. On post contrast study, enhancement present in D7 vertebra.disc dehydration in cervical. (DD include multifocal spondylitis include tuberculosis). Kindly tell me what s the pblm in spinal cord? What kinda treatment for this l?
