What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My daughter is 31 and has just had an MRI which revealed that she has cysts on her nerves in bladder. She is presently at outpatients getting a catheter put in as she has had trouble peeing all day. Her urologist wants her to see a neurologist. What will happen next?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think she needs to visit a neurologist. I suppose that the next step is surgery to remove cysts. This may be a definitive way to treat her problems and have a better quality of life.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
