What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

hello doctor,i had knee injury two months back and the doctors here recommended me for mri and the mri shows(acl ligament tear). Every Doctors have suggested me for surgery. i dont want to do surgery as i am 33 years old . so what do you suggest for this problem? Is there any option in ayurveda?

No there is no ither solution for this kind of problem that you have. You can let it untreated but then you will be not able to do sport or other physical activities. And when you are older you knee will be more damaged than if you are treated now and perhaps you would have to do a knee replacement if it will be severly demaged. So a more difficult surgery. But it is not an emergency so you can take you time to decide.
