What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

I had an MRI for sinuses and the results noted a permeative appearing lesion on the left frontal calvarium. I had an MRI @ 6 moths prior on my head for migraines and those results showed nothing. The ENT said not to worry about it? This was my first visit with her and she seemed very competent. Not sure if I should get another MRI?
