What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Had major lower back surgery. Fine after. A year and a half later - on Oct. 9, 2016, I slipped and fell on wet bathroom floor in restaurant. Back in pt - all over body pain improved except for lower left glut. MRI showed all hardware in place but compared to post surgery MRI, a disc had slipped slightly. Started swimming and walking. Electrical sensation down left leg and can barely walk now. Also concerned about pain in the lower left part of stomach. My appendix burst in Dec. of 2007, so it is not that. Wondering if lower stomach pain - is related to lower back pain.

You have a complicated history. Probably as far as i understand it doesn't seem that you have problems with your previous surgery, and "a disc had slipped slightly" doesn't seem to much for causing you neuroradicular conflict.
But you have to do other check ups like neurological examinations and perhaps an Orthopedic one.
