What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Hi i just had an MRI (due to Gastritis and GERD)... one finding was prominent peripancreatic lymph nodes posterior to the pancreatic body, measuring 1.2cm. They appear stable with previous study (2 yrs ago). Nature is non specific. Should i be concerned ?
