What Does My MRI Scan Report Of Spine Indicate?

If an MRI of spine showed a suspicious spot...doctor referred for brain MRI...there is a small spot on brain... all found incidentally due to herniated disc surgery...no other symptoms. oncologist is now ordering a colonoscopy? am trying to figure out why?

As you explain the situation and based in the MRI result in my opinion, the oncologist is suspicious of you having a colon malignancy and this might be one reason. Please discuss with your doctor to explain you further.
