Hi,

Let me explain each term as best as possible.
1) The spine is made of cell bodies which contain the nucleus that is the brain of the cell. When there is a less intense (hypointense sclerosis) it means that those areas have started to die and there are fewer nuclei there.
2) Hemangiomas are any blood-filled swelling in any part of the body. In this case, they would be appearing around the spinal cord.
3) The L5 S1 region refers to the last lumbar vertebra and the first sacral vertebra. The L5S1 joint is the gap between these that is filled. with cartilage. When this cartilage is worn out the space regular.
4) One of the foramen has a tear. This is the annular foramen
5) There is a disc bulge in the L5S1 disc. This is the cartilage we mentioned in 3.
6) There is a narrowing of the cavity in the Anterior to posterior length. That is from front to the back. This cavity is where the spinal cord is located.

It would be best to get a clinical correlation done to understand how the MRI shows up and supports the clinical findings.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
