What Does My RUQ Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

My RUQ ultrasound shows : Upper limits hepatic echotexture texture with a small cystic in the gallbladder fossa region. There are several gallbladder polyps. One may want to consider a HIDA scan with CCK. I have been sent to a surgeon who told me I have gallstones and I am scheduled to have my gallbladder removed this week. Please help me understand the radiologist s interpretation. I have been having RUQ pain and severe pain behind the right shoulder blade and between the shoulder blades. I have had soreness around the right side of my ribs as well. Help me understand the description of my liver

they are gall stones. correlate with history.repeat ultrasound, if confirmed go for ultrasound guided hole surgery. in this process the hole gall bladder with stone are removed pain will not recur. there will be symptomatic improvement. have a follow up.
