My RUQ ultrasound shows : Upper limits hepatic echotexture texture with a small cystic in the gallbladder fossa region. There are several gallbladder polyps. One may want to consider a HIDA scan with CCK. I have been sent to a surgeon who told me I have gallstones and I am scheduled to have my gallbladder removed this week. Please help me understand the radiologist s interpretation. I have been having RUQ pain and severe pain behind the right shoulder blade and between the shoulder blades.
