THANKS DOCTOR i had a TMT & ECHO test done recently : The TMT teat reported :DEVELOPED ASYMPTOMATIC 1-1.5MM ST HORIZONTAL ST DEPRESSION IN LEADS II, III.aVF , V5-V6 DURING STAGE I AT HR OF 143BPM,THESE REVERTED TO BASELINE AFTER 1 MINUTE INTO RECOVERY PERIOD The peak HR achieved was 176 bpm, METS 10.6 , %target HR - 102% The ECHO reported : Doppler Study : Grade I LV diastolic dysfunction thanks
The findings are suggestive of mildly positive TMT result. In my opinion you should get a nuclear stress test done, to ascertain the significance of these results, as they can totally be normal under many circumstances. Hope the answer helped. Dr Kashyap P Lanka
