What Does My USG Test Report Indicate?

Age : 55 K/C/O CA CERVIX POST CT and RT STATUS: USG report of Abdomen/Pelvis is as below: UTERUS: Anteverted, bulky in size measuring 5.4x5.1x9.9 cms. Endometrium appears thicked measuring 9.2mm. Cervix is bulky measuring 3.3x4.1 cms and appear hypoechoic. Cystic area is noted in the posterior wall of uterus. Please suggest. Regards Naveen

Hello,

The cystic area in the posterior wall of the uterus is alarming, which can post radio changes, tumour, malignancy flare or else. A CT pelvis is most likely needed step to proceed further in this respect.
