What Does My X-Ray Result Indicate?

My X-Ray Paranasal Sinuses OM - Findings -1.Mucosal Soft tissue thickening noted in the right maxillary antrum. No air fluid level. The para nasal sinuses are otherwise clear. Nasal septum is central. No bony lesion.
Can u pls help me know what that means. Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your X ray report shows the presence of mild inflammation in the air space on the side of the nose to the right. This is due to allergy or a flu infection. You may need to take treatment for nose allergy and protect yourself from extreme weather conditions. The rest of your nose area is normal.
