Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a lung cancer operation, where they removed the third or lower right lung. They pronounced me cancer free. The operation was on September 22, 2015. My X ray shows a hemidiaphragm, elevated? What does that mean, and what, if anything do I need to do about it.
After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that excised lung part is absent in X-ray hence cause hemidiaphragm which is absolutely normal.
Hopefully this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards Dr Bhanu Partap
