What Does My X-ray Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor My LS xray shows Findings: spurs are seen at the margins of the vertebral bodies. Impression: Degenerative changes in the Lumbar Spine My question is: How did it happened? How to treat this? What are the interventions you can suggest? I m female at 53 yrs old. Thank you

Degenerative changes in spine is price paid by human race for walking erect ie bipedal gait. If the pain is only in back sitting with support, strecthing every 30 minutes and back extension excercises or swimming will help. If pain is going to lower limbs too you need consultation and may be MRI .
