What Does My X-ray Report Indicate?

My grandma had an x ray on chest and heart and the following was written Bilateral bas increased vascular markinga with linear atelectatic band at the left sides Cardiac shadow is borderline in its transverse diameter witheft ventricular configuration and unfolded calcified aorta What does that mean ?!

This is not a concerning finding for her age and it indicates just a slightly enlarged heart and some small signs of vascular congestion This may be sign of arterial hypertension and small lung atelectasis and it should not threaten her. She should just take her regular medications and check blood pressure regularly.
