What Does My X Ray Report Say?

Hello, good day.

I just had my X-ray just this morning. When I got the result, it says, "the bronchovascular markings are prominent with suspicious densities in both spices." And had a remarks that says, "additional apicolordotic view is suggested."

What does this means?

Thank you very much!

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Bromchovascular markings being prominent may refer to airway inflammation. The mention of suspicious densities in lung apices (upper lobes) needs further confirmation by taking special X rays to study the upper lobes in detail. Your symptoms must be clinically correlated to the X ray findings.
