What Does My X-ray Result Indicate?

My Xray result shows evidence for chronic airways disease with peribronchial wall cuffing evident. There is evidence for increased density in the right lower zone, banding in the right costophrenic angle and increased density left lower lobe. Acute infective pathology is suspected in the lower lobe. Should I see my doctor again or just rest?

if the x ray is suggestive of chronic infectious disease, please forward the rest of history. did u have cough or fever. for how long? is there sputum? what other tests have u done?
