Hi,

Your x-ray reports show there is likely an infection in the sinuses. sinuses are spaces in the face bone, and they are connected to the nasal opening, so some tines infection can go to the sinus causing a condition called sinusitis, which is what is shown in the x-ray. Besides it also shown inflammation in the nose which is a common cause of sinusitis.

You should not worry, its quite treatable condition, we recommend a course of antibiotics, and anti-allergic. We also recommend avoiding smoke and allergen and to take a lot of fluids. You may use xynosine nasal spray to keep your nose open. Rest of the x-ray is normal, bones and all structures are normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
