Hi, I have gone through your X-ray report and I can understand your concerns.
According to the X-ray report you are having anatomical changes in the apex(uppermost portion) of your right lung suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB).Most probably these are old changes suggestive of tuberculosis in the past. You have to take a sputum examination and skin test(mantoux test) to confirm the diagnosis. You don't need to worry regarding the X-ray report because it might indicates a healed infection in the past and good treatment options are available. I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for further evaluation. Wishing you good health.
