What Does My Abdominal Ultra Sound Scan Findings Below Indicate?

Sir, I have done my ultrasound becz of stomach pain. Before i have kidney stone problem..but now my scanned result shows( there is a good cortico medullary differentiation in both kidney and mild pcs dilatation in right kidney with upper hydroureter. Mid and distal ureter obsured.right kidney ureteric colic.And my kidney size 10.1cms right and left 10.4 cm.plz reply me..... regards ANCY

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest dilated pelvis-calyx with upper hydro-ureter - the most possible cause could be cute to the mid ureic calculus.
2.Rest of the scan appears normal - kidney site appears normal on both sides.
3.The stomach pain could be due to the ureteric calculus.
4.The Treatment depends on the severity of the symptoms - if less symptomatic - treatment will be excess of water with symptomatic treatment.
5.In case os severe symptoms - a CT KUB ( computer tomography of kidney ureters,urinary bladder ) evaluation - depending on the size of calculus either interventional or symptomatic treatment. Good luck.
