What Does My Below ECG Report Suggest?

Hi,I had an ECG done yesterday as I was getting like shooting pain on the left side near the heart,I thought it could be gas,so got the ECG report and it read like this..800 normal sinus rhythm,213 mild left axis deviation,***borderline normal ECG***...could you please explain and should i need to worry and go and see a Doctor and what should i do and Dont. Thanks. Leon.

Normal sinus rhythm means that the rhythm of the heart beat was normal.

Mild left axis deviation means that the there may be slight enlargement of the left side of the heart.
This may be due to high blood pressure, if you have this condition.

There are other causes as well.

Treatment would mainly involve treating potential risk factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking, alcohol use.
