What Does My Below X-ray Report Suggest?

My chest xray result shows an odd finding - Suspicious densities are seen in the right upper lobe. The heart is nit enlarged. Diaphragm and sulci are intact and advised to have an Apicolordotic view Xray. When I got the result for the Apicolordotic view, it is now Ancillary study to the chest PA done in another institution shows clear lung apices. No other findings are seen. Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

These findings may be incidental findings which may not have any significance.

Suspicious densities may be due to infection.

It is always important to correlate theses findings with detailed symptomatology and clinical examination.

As Apicogram showed clear lung apices it's means the earlier finding in ancillary PA view are not of importance.

Only thing is to confirm enlarged heart by doing 2DEcho of heart.

Enlarged heart may be due to high blood pressure, heart valve problem or enlargement of heart chambers due to other causes.
Which again need clinical correlation.

If you have no symptoms related to heart and lung there might not be need for any further evaluation.

Consult your physician.

Hope this helps you, if so do vote as helpful.
