General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having early changes of osteo-arteritis of cervical spine leading to loss of normal curvature of vertebral column called cervical lordosis.
Change your sitting position.
Sit straight and avoid bending of neck.
Avoid keeping pillow under your neck.
Go for pysiotherapy and cervical traction if advised by orthopedic surgeon.
Ok and take care.
