What Does My Below Sperm Test Report Indicate?

hi doctor! I just got the sperm test and this is the answer. what does it mean? Normal……2…….% Tapering head…………………..% h) Asymmetrical insertion neck………% b) Pyriform head……………..……% I) Thick neck…………………….% c) Round head…………………….. % j) Thin neck……………………..% d) Amorphous head……………… % k) Short tail..…………………….% e) Vacuolated head………………. % f) Bent tail……………………… % f) Small acrosomal area head……..% m) Coiled tail……………………% g) Bent neck ………………% n) 1/3 rd head ……………% My wjife had the answer of AMH TEST 0.6% Do we have any chance to have baby. Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
From the report of your semen analysis, it appears that normal forms are only 2%, which is quite less for a normal individual. The other parameters are just blank and hence report seems to be incomplete. Also, it would be proper to comment on Semen analysis report when sperm count, sperm morphology and sperm motility features are included along with physical characteristics of semen.
AMH test of your wife with 0.6% is low. Anti mullerian hormone (AMH) values indicates ovarian reserve.
Kindly take medications containing Vitamin E, Selenium, Zinc, Carnititine, Lipoic acid, CoQ10 and Lecithin for a month. Repeat semen analysis following that to know for the improvement.
In case there is no improvement, you may have to plan for assisted reproductive techniques like Invitro Fertilization (IVF).
Kindly consult Infertility specialist in this regard for evaluation and management.
